Caliber Midstream Partners, LP Announces Caliber Bear Den Interconnect Pipeline Open Season

DENVER, August 8, 2016 — Caliber Midstream Partners, LP (“Caliber”) hereby announces that Caliber Bear Den Interconnect LLC (“CBDI”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Caliber, is conducting a binding open season to solicit commitments for a new Caliber Bear Den Interconnect Pipeline (the “Pipeline”) that will be constructed from the Enable Midstream Partners, L.P. Bear Den Gathering System in McKenzie County, North Dakota to the Dakota Access Pipeline (“DAPL”) in Watford, North Dakota. The Pipeline is currently scheduled to provide up to 50,000 barrels per day of crude oil throughput capacity. CBDI anticipates the in-service date of the Pipeline to be the later of November 15, 2016 and the DAPL in-service date.

The Open Season shall commence at 9:00 AM Mountain Time on Monday, August 8, 2016, and will end at 5:00PM Mountain Time on Monday August 22, 2016.
