Daniel Werth brings with him 15 years of industry experience. His insight gives him the ability to understand and coordinate the unique services that Caliber provides as well as additional benefits to our clients. Mr. Werth is responsible for developing and implementing business strategy, measuring operational performance, and driving financial results for Caliber’s business markets. His strong operational leadership, aggressive approach and market knowledge have been instrumental in the development of Caliber’s assets.
Before joining Caliber, Mr. Werth was Director of Operations for Sterling Energy. His area of focus was in field operations and project management. Projects included optimization and construction of plant, compression and pipeline facilities.
Prior to joining Sterling, Mr. Werth served as the Senior Manager of Technical Services at Thunder Creek Gas Services in the Powder River Basin. During his tenure at Thunder Creek, he was involved in field operations, planning and executing multimillion dollar projects, and implementing career development programs to assist with organizational change initiatives. At its peak, the Thunder Creek system transported almost 500 million cubic feet of gas per day. Prior to Thunder Creek, he was part of the Operations team at Bear Paw Energy and Enron.
Prior to entering the energy sector, Mr. Werth served in the US Army, and his educational background is in mechanical engineering at the University of Colorado Denver.
